Finding Common Ground
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution that offers an objective third-party analysis of a case.
A neutral third-party known as a mediator helps the parties communicate, negotiate, and ultimately reach a voluntary resolution or settlement of their dispute. Mediation offers privacy and allows the parties to take control of their dispute, as well as allows the mediator to say something to the parties that their attorney cannot say.
Instead of public court proceedings and the uncertainty that comes with submitting a dispute to a judge or jury, the parties work confidentially with a mediator to reach an agreement amongst themselves which tends to be a cost-effective alternative to litigation.
We offer mediation services throughout the state of Ohio. Our mediators have years of litigation experience, court-appointed Magistrate experience and trial judge experience. We mediate all types of disputes, including but not limited to:
