As Isaac Wiles’ CEO, Rob is responsible for business development strategy, revenue generation and development planning, and overseeing all firm operations.

As a key player in the firm’s recent years of strategic growth and expansion, Rob’s passion for continuing to build onto the firm’s strong and steady place in the Columbus scene is unmistakable to whoever knows him.

Rob not only leads the firm’s administrative team, but spearheads many internal firm committees, with goals of improved and continued cohesiveness, communication, and progression. He is always pushing forward, dedicated to making sure his team is keeping Isaac Wiles on the cusp of the industry, involving technology, accounting practices, and staff development and training.

Being a Cincinnati native, he is in his element on his boat watching the Reds and Bengals with family and friends that gather on the weekends to enjoy summer, sun and company.
