As a member of the firm’s Business and Real Estate groups, Andrew Allman advises clients across several industries on various commercial transactional issues such as corporate governance, real estate, asset purchases, M & A, and contract review and drafting. Andrew is always cognizant that there are real people behind the companies he advises, people who have often spent countless hours toiling away to turn their dreams into reality. With that in mind, he approaches each transaction thoughtfully and holistically so that he may better guide businesses and the people behind them through complex and ever-changing business and legal landscapes.
A life-long Ohio resident, Andrew grew up in the Toledo area where he graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree. After undergrad, he left northwest Ohio to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Andrew was a Managing Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and ran the law school’s basketball league. Columbus gradually captured his heart and he is now here to stay.
When away from the office, Andrew enjoys engrossing himself in endless DIY projects around the house, playing recreational league basketball, obsessively following his favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and 3 dogs.
