Isaac Wiles Names Three New Partners

COLUMBUS, OHIO (December 10, 2024) – Isaac Wiles, a full-service law firm serving clients in Columbus, Ohio, is pleased to announce the promotion of three attorneys to partner effective Jan. 1, 2025.

The new partners are Jessa Gary, who focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and probate law; Ryan Spitzer, a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Public Law practices; and Trista Turley, a litigator and member of the firm’s Public Law and Litigation practices.

Gary is a member of Isaac Wiles’ Estate Planning, Trust and Probate practice. She designs, builds and delivers customized estate planning solutions to her clients. She received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University. Named to the Ohio Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars for the first time in 2024, Gary is a member of the bar in Ohio and Florida.

Spitzer’s practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law and litigation, with a particular emphasis on the intricacies tied to public sector jurisdictions. His experience includes defending employers in various state and federal courts, advising political subdivisions throughout Ohio, and acting as Corporate Counsel for multiple risk pools. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School and The Ohio State University. He also has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star and a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.

As a litigator, Turley handles all stages of the litigation process for clients, including pre-trial motion practice, discovery, and trial. Her experience includes representing public agencies in multi-million-dollar arbitration, defending public agencies and their employees in civil rights litigation, litigating challenges to public contract and procurement awards, and representing a variety of professional clients before Ohio licensing boards. Turley currently serves as the Secretary of the Litigation Section of the Ohio State Bar Association. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her undergraduate degree from William Jewell College.
